They were amazing to work with. Very fast, efficient, helpful, and kind - didn’t feel like I was rushed, or products pushed on me. I was able to ask any questions I may have. From reaching out to getting my cpap machine was very quick, within 1-2 weeks. Everyone was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Very good at communicating and getting back to you as well. Highly recommend the Sussex team!

Everyone has been exceptionally helpful, friendly and courteous.
My head is quite large, so the masks weren't fitting right and not staying where they were supposed to during the night. So, I am on my 4th mask style now and it works. At each step, they worked quickly and efficiently with me to solve the challenges. Good job !!!

After dealing with another service provider I made the switch to East coast sleep clinic Sussex 4 years ago for all my CPAP needs. They offer the one-on-one personal touch that my other provider didn't offer. They have been nothing short of awesome. Angie has been great to deal with. And Alison is always reaching out making sure everything is good with my machine. She keeps an eye on my sleep patterns and reaches out if something should be adjusted or any questions or problems that I may have. And Lauren has been wonderful as well. Takes my orders of whatever I need and she has actually delivered them to the office when I'm unable to pick it up myself. I'm sure there are other names I am forgetting but I appreciate everybody there. I gave five stars because that's all they would allow me to give but if they gave more stars, I would have selected more. Always above and beyond with these people. Thanks again for all you folks do for me, and I'm sure all of your clients thank you.

Wonderful supportive team of experts! I was able to take the test kit he for 3 nights and it was very easy to do. They also assisted with my insurance coverage and have been tracking my progress along the way. I only wish I had done this sooner, its made a huge impact on my overall health and wellbeing. I believe everyone should try a test at least once!

Excellent everything as far as I'm concerned. Thank god I've got some insurance protection - I'm sure the prices are wicked crazy! You'll get the best quality of equipment, though.
