Sleep Testing
We provide at-home sleep testing completely free of charge. We’ll send you home with a small, simple device that monitors key indicators while you sleep — including your oxygen levels, heart rate, breathing effort, snoring, and movement. The recording runs for one or two nights, and the data is sent for independent medical interpretation. You’ll hear from us within a week, and a report will be sent directly to your doctor. This fast turnaround means we can move quickly to treatment if your doctor recommends it.
Treatment
If sleep apnea is confirmed, we provide a free four-week CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) trial — the gold-standard treatment for obstructive sleep apnea. At your first visit, we walk you through your results in detail and fit you with the right device and equipment. Over the following four weeks, we meet regularly to adjust your settings and equipment as needed. If you decide not to continue CPAP therapy at the end of the trial, you can return the equipment with absolutely no cost to you.
Follow-Up Care
We follow our clients carefully throughout their treatment and beyond. You’ll be contacted for check-ins at one month, three months, six months, and one year to make sure your CPAP is working the way it should — for you. Between visits, our ongoing CPAP support covers mask fittings, troubleshooting, and machine questions. For sleep concerns beyond apnea — insomnia, shift work, or sleep tied to stress — we also offer sleep disorder coaching.
Free Mask Trial & CPAP Check-Up
Already on CPAP but never been a client at East Coast Sleep Clinic? We’d love to meet you. We offer a free CPAP check-up to anyone, no matter where you bought your machine. You can also take advantage of our free mask trial program — there may be something newer available that could make your nights even more comfortable.

We carry a full selection of masks, tubing, machines, and accessories. Our convenient locations and hours make it easy to pick up whatever you need.
Insurance Coverage
When you begin your CPAP trial, we submit all the information your insurance provider needs to assess your coverage. You can expect to hear back from them shortly. Free check-ups are available to all clients, regardless of where your machine was purchased.
